General terms and conditions for corporate clients
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the creative service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") and business partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") in the fields of visual creation, graphic design, video production, and related services.
1. Formation of the Contractual Relationship
1.1. The contractual relationship is established upon the confirmation of a written price quotation (usually via email) by the Client. 1.2. By submitting an order or confirming a quotation, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy
2.1. Standardly, no deposit on the price of Services is required unless otherwise agreed in the quotation. 2.2. Preparation Costs: If the Supplier has incurred demonstrable costs in connection with the commission (specifically the rental of specific equipment, purchase of props, securing premises, or external specialists) and the Client subsequently cancels the commission, the Client is obliged to reimburse these costs in full. 2.3. The final invoice with a 14-day maturity period will be issued upon delivery of the finished Work. 2.4. In the event of cancellation by the Client less than 48 hours before the scheduled realization date, the Supplier is entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Service price (excluding already incurred costs under Article 2.2).
3. Copyright and Licensing
3.1. The Supplier remains the author of all outputs (photographs, videos, graphics, sound recordings, and other copyrighted works; hereinafter referred to as the "Work") within the meaning of the Copyright Act. 3.2. The Supplier grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the Work for the purposes of presentation on the web, social media, in printed materials, and within the Client's PR activities. 3.3. The license is granted as unlimited in time and territory, unless otherwise agreed in the quotation. 3.4. The Client is not entitled to grant sub-licenses to third parties without the prior written consent of the Supplier. 3.5. Source Data: The performance includes only the final edited outputs. Unprocessed raw materials (RAW files, open graphic data, unedited video footage) are not provided. 3.6. Music in the Work: The Supplier declares that music used in audiovisual Works is licensed through paid music libraries for internet use. The license does not cover use in TV broadcasting or cinema distribution.
4. Realization and Client Cooperation
4.1. The Client is obliged to ensure the cooperation necessary for realization (access to premises, provision of products, informing persons about GDPR). 4.2. Logistics: The Client is obliged to ensure parking for the Supplier's vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the building entrance or the venue. In the case of paid parking or the necessity to pay for entry, these costs will be added to the final price of the commission. 4.3. The Supplier is not responsible for the quality of the output in the event of unsuitable conditions on the Client's side (e.g., poor lighting without the possibility of artificial lighting, unpreparedness of the premises).
5. Deadlines and Delivery of the Work
5.1. The standard delivery time for finished materials is 14 business days from realization or from the delivery of all materials by the Client, unless otherwise agreed. 5.2. The finished Work is delivered electronically (online gallery, cloud, email).
6. Complaints and Modifications
6.1. The Client chooses the Supplier based on their artistic style and portfolio. Subjective dissatisfaction with the visual or creative style is not grounds for a complaint. 6.2. For video production and graphic work, the Client is entitled to one round of minor corrections within the scope of the original brief. Fundamental changes to the concept after the approval of a work-in-progress version are considered additional work (overtime).
7. Reference and Portfolio
7.1. The Supplier reserves the right to use the finished Work for their own presentation on the web and social media. 7.2. The Supplier has the right to publish these references at any time after 2 months (60 days) from the delivery of the Work to the Client. If the Client publishes the Work earlier, the Supplier's right to publish the reference arises at the moment of the first publication by the Client.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These GTC are valid and effective as of February 11, 2026.
