I would like to inform you that for the purposes of our cooperation, I need to work with some of your personal data. This mainly concerns your name, surname, and possibly address, telephone number and e-mail, which I use to arrange a date and to be able to deliver the finished photos and videos to you. If we cooperate within the framework of business, I process the data necessary for proper invoicing. The administrator of this data is me, Jaroslav Nečas, Billing details: Domanín 131, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, 593 01, IČO: 05577641 - Registered in the Trade Register, I am not a VAT payer.

All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). The processing of this data is necessary to enable us to fulfil our agreement and to comply with legal obligations, such as keeping accounts for company orders, where documents are kept for ten years. Your data is safe with me in secure storage. This data is used purely for my own needs and I do not pass it on to any third party.

As for the photos and videos of you, I only publish them in my portfolio on the website or social networks with your prior consent. You give me this freely and you can revoke it at any time - in which case I will immediately remove the footage from my site. Please note that if another account on Instagram or Facebook has already shared the photo or video, it may not be possible for me to ensure its deletion there as well, but I will definitely try.

Of course, you have the right to know what data I have about you, you can request its correction, restriction or deletion if it is no longer needed for our contractual or legal obligations. Write to me at any time and we will solve everything together.
